We specialize in developing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). These documents are required for each facility that has been issued an NPDES stormwater discharge permit. Many states also require that permittees certify that a SWPPP has been written for the facility when the permit is renewed. We suggest that the SWPPP should be updated every few years, or at least at permit renewal time, to reflect changes at the facility and new BMP technologies. If you believe your facility is exempt from Permit coverage, we can visit your site and determine if a Certificate of No Exposure is warranted.
